DJ Lee - Questions Answered

1. Who are you and how did you come to be a DJ?

My name is Lee Morgan and I am the founder of Wedding Sounds. I have been working hard for many years as a professional Wedding DJ/ Mobile DJ.

I Love Music, I live and breathe it constantly. There are not many minutes in the day when I don’t have music playing! Even when I need a bit of peace and quiet, I’ll put some chill out music on! I have been into music ever since I can remember, and I knew a long time ago I wanted to be a DJ.

Having started off DJ’ing in bars, pubs and clubs, I then began to venture into mobile DJ work. And I soon realised that this is what I preferred, creating a party and getting everyone dancing at a more personal level was far more rewarding for me.

2. What makes you different to other Djs in the area?

I'm very passionate about giving every wedding that 'WOW' factor and I'm always investing time, effort and money in to making tweaks that enhance the feel and atmosphere created when performing. My setups are contemporary, bespoke and stylish, with the highest quality sound and lighting equipment that will fit in with and enhance your venue.

3. What services do you offer? As well as wedding DJ services we also offer WOW-factor extras such as starlit dance floors, photo booths and LOVE letters.

4. Tell us some of your favourite memories to date? There are so many great memories as we have been doing weddings for over 10 years. I have to say some of the best memories are from weddings that happened just after lockdown when we we're all able to meet again. Some of the parties at this stage were absolutely amazing, as it felt so good to have dance floors full again and just seeing people having fun again after nearly 2 years was incredible! 5. What are your top 3 tunes for getting folks on the dance floor? No two weddings are ever the same! We offer a unique service where we work with couples to create there perfect playlist. My personal favourite type of music is Kisstory style! and we tend to find a lot of young couples these days tend to love this type of music! However we have done lots of different types of weddings over the years, including indie nights, rock nights and of course your stereotypical wedding music!
